Role Overview

• As a Quality Assurance Officer at Peddle Technologies, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of top-notch products to our clients.
• You will develop and implement quality control processes, conduct thorough testing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain the highest product quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement quality assurance processes and procedures for software and hardware products.
• Develop and execute test plans, cases, and scripts to identify defects and ensure product functionality.
• Conduct thorough regression testing, performance testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Document and track defects, working closely with development teams to resolve issues.
• Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous quality enhancement.
• Participate in the development of testing tools and frameworks.
• Collaborate with software developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand product requirements and specifications.
• Provide timely and accurate reports on quality metrics and testing progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Over three years of proven experience as a Quality Assurance Officer or similar role.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle and quality assurance methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with testing tools and frameworks.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 / month.
