Zenfix Limited is a Nutrition focused food company processing of local staples into tasty, hygienic , nutritious and affordable snack based out of Lagos, Nigeria. Established, 2018 we source groundnuts from small holder farmers in Northern and north central Nigeria and process into a variety of nutrient dense snacks. Our products include the flagship Zenfix peanut snack with sesame, yore cookies, handcrafted groundnuts, peanut powders, peanut paste, Rutf peanut and peanut cookies.

We have sold over 46 million sachets of our peanut snack with sesame seeds. Zenfix, are impact driven with a passion for developing and deepening value chains around Nigeria’s popular food resources.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Quality Control Officer

Job Location: Igando, Lagos
Industry: Manufacturing

About the Role

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Officer to oversee and ensure the quality of products in an FMCG company.
• The ideal candidate will monitor production processes, conduct inspections, and enforce compliance with quality standards and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor product quality throughout the production process.
• Inspect raw materials, in-process, and finished goods.
• Maintain quality documentation and reports.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal policies.
• Investigate and report non-conformities and recommend corrective actions.
• Train production staff on quality best practices.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND/BSC in Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in packaging or manufacturing.
• Familiarity with quality standards and testing tools.
• Excellent analytical and documentation skills.
