Ocean Crest Technologies Limited is a Lagos based construction company with over a decade of experience.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Quantity Surveyor
Job Location: Egbeda, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Project Management, or a related field. Completion of a postgraduate program or course is a plus.
• At least three years of working experience in Quantity Surveying. Understanding of contracts, arbitration, and adjudication.

Skills:
Software skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, building information modeling (BIM), and quantity surveying specific software.

Organizational skills:

• Possess the ability to work on multiple tasks at all times and must be able to manage and prioritize tasks to meet strict deadlines.

Communication skills:

• Excellent communicating skills in both oral and written English. Ability to effectively communicate with clients and subcontractors.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 monthly.
