Job Summary

• We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Promoter to promote and sell mobile phones and related accessories.
• The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for technology, and the ability to influence customer buying decisions by demonstrating product features and providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote mobile phones and accessories to customers in retail outlets or promotional events.
• Engage and educate customers on product features, specifications, offers, and benefits.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the latest smartphone technologies and trends.
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain an attractive and organized product display at the point of sale.
• Collect customer feedback and report insights to the management team.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
• Provide after-sales support or direct customer queries to the right channel.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide regular market feedback.

Requirements

• A degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of sales or retail experience, preferably in mobile or electronics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Passion for mobile phones and technology.
• Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, or during promotional events.
