SHALOM Microfinance Bank, established in 2016 is an indigenous financial institution set up to provide financial services to Individuals, Entrepreneurs, and Businesses in the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) category. We have a team of seasoned professionals with 10-15 years of experience in Banking, Strategy, Customer Experience, and Risk Management relevant to our Business environment.

Job Position: Marketing Trainee

Job Location: Eti Osa, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Sourcing of customers to access the bank's products and services.
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients.
• Booking of loans and ensuring repayment.

Job Requirements
The successful candidates must have the following:

• Minimum qualification: National Diploma
• 0-1 year of experience
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
• Excellent Sales, Interpersonal, and Communication skills,
• Must be smart, willing to learn, and conversant with markets on the Island
• Age: Not above 26 years old.

Salary
N70,000 - N80,000 / month.
