Job Position: Social Media Manager / Content Creator

Description 

• Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall marketing goal
• Develop a content calendar, ensuring regular and relevant posts to maintain audience engagement.
• Ensure a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all social media platforms.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and changes in social media algorithms to adapt strategies accordingly.
• Address and manage any negative feedback or crises promptly and diplomatically.
• Work closely with other teams, such as marketing and customer support, to align social media efforts with broader business objectives.
• Interact with the audience through comments, messages, and discussions to build relationships and enhance brand loyalty.
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make datadriven decisions.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertising if applicable, to achieve specific objectives.
• Foster a sense of community around the brand by encouraging usergenerated content and participation.
• Perform other roles as assigned by the Management

Salary
N50,000 monthly.
