Job Position: Social Media Officer / Content Creator
Job Location: Lagos

Description 

• Promote and sell company products, manage all social media platforms, and provide, recommendations on additional services and or retail products that would maximize customer satisfaction.
• Using social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s brand.
• Analyzing the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements.
• Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities.
• Working with marketing professionals to develop social media marketing campaigns.
• Interacting, booking, and confirming appointments with returning and prospective customers and other stakeholders via the company’s social media accounts.
• Setting key performance indicators (KPI’s) for social media campaigns, such as a target for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaign’s performance against the KPI’s.
