Job Position: Social Media Support Specialist

About the Role

• The Social Media Support Specialist will engage customers across digital and social media platforms, provide timely support, manage inquiries, and identify potential sales leads. This role is key to delivering excellent customer experiences and strengthening brand trust through online interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to customer inquiries on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Provide clear, professional, and solution-oriented responses
• Identify and engage potential customers, guiding them through the sales journey
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Experience teams for smooth handovers
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and escalate complex issues
• Track recurring issues, feedback, and trends from social media conversations
• Represent the brand positively and consistently across all online engagements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service with social media engagement
• Strong customer-centric mindset and excellent listening skills
• Experience using CRM or customer service tools (Zendesk, Ameyo, or similar)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Bilingual (Youruba& English) is an added advantage.
