Description

• We’re seeking a dynamic Wine Store Manager who will also serve as the founder’s Personal/Executive Assistant. The role involves driving sales, managing wine events, creating content, and supporting the founder administratively.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Customer Service: Guide customers in wine selections, manage inventory, and drive revenue through upselling.
• Content Creation: Develop engaging content for social media, newsletters, and online platforms.
• Event Management: Plan and execute wine events, including tastings and corporate gatherings.
• Executive Support: Handle scheduling, travel arrangements, and email management for the founder.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the beverage and hospitality industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in wine, beverages, hospitality, and lifestyle
• Experience in content creation and social media management
• Project management experience with strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and presentation software (e.g., Canva, PowerPoint)
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required.
