Job Description

• Greet customers, help them locate products, and provide information about product features and benefits.
• Respond to customer questions and inquiries regarding products, prices, and store policies.
• Suggest complementary products and promotions to increase sales and enhance the customer's shopping experience.
• Address and resolve customer concerns or complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
• Ensure that store shelves are well-organized, clean, and products are adequately stocked.
• Actively participate in theft prevention efforts and notify security of any suspicious activities.
