Job Position: Human Resource Intern
Job Location: Remote
Employment Type: Internship
Duration: 6 months - 1 year

Job Overview

• We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to support our human resources efforts, largely recruitment.
• This internship is ideal for someone interested in gaining hands-on experience in talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, and recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates
• Support interview scheduling and coordination
• Help maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Participate in drafting job descriptions and posting roles
• Assist with general recruitment tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Must have completed a university degree
• Interest in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Familiar with using Google tools (Forms, Meet, Sheets, Docs)
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Must have a laptop or access to one.
• Previous experience is a plus, but not required.
