Job Position: Tele-marketer
Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Educate customer about what the company is offering and guide them through the application process.
• Keeping track of already contacted contacts, and when last the contact was made.
• Execute marketing calls to existing and potential customers.
• Identify credible customers and their line of businesses.
• Gathering information from customers about their location and demographic to improve lead generation strategies in the future.
• Answer questions about the company's app and explain its features to customers.
• Ensure to verify the phone numbers of both the customer/guarantor.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an OND qualification
• 0 - 1 year relevant experience.
