Link Credit is an automated lending service focused on increasing access to credit to financially under-served / excluded individuals in Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Telesales Supervisor

Job Location: Ogba, Lagos
Resumption: Immediately

Job Description

• Conducting research, preparing and organizing strategic sessions to drive departmental sales.
• Implementing sales stratgeies.
• Introduce product to potential customers and follow up on existing customers.
• Periodically appriase team performance with adequate reporting of achievments and fall outs sent to the management.
• Actively engaged in the training and development of junior staffs for optimum productivity.
• Compiling and presenting sales reports.
• Assist the management in setting sales target for the team.
• Constant improvement of sales scripts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3 plus years of experience in a managerial position(preferably in a FINTECH COMPANY).
• Cognitive knowledge of online marketing strategy.
• Adequate knowledge of Mircosoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
• Good writing, communication, planning and executing skills.
• Experience in a fintech company is an added advantage.
