Job Position: Ticketing Agent
Job Location: Ikorodu, Lagos

Responsibilities

• To sell bus tickets at the approved cost
• Ensures that seats or space is available in the bus.
• Answers inquiries regarding bus schedules
• Direct passengers to designated buses for boarding.
• Communicate and proffer professional services to all customers.
• Topping up Lagos Connect Cards for commuters.
• He/she must abide by the protocols and procedures of the organization
• Dispensing valid ticket(s) to commuters before boarding.
• He/ She must portray good customer service relationship at all time during his/her shift.
• Must be observant and report any suspicious act to his/her supervisor for prompt action.
• He/ She must be accountable for the total sales.
• He/ She must always be in a neat uniform always during shift.

Requirements

• Minimum of Diploma, OND, NCE and HND Holder
• Minimum age requirement is 25 to 35
• Candidate must be resident in Lagos
• Candidate must possess Integrity.
• Fluent in English Language and any other language.
