We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Unit Account Officer
Job Location: Owerri, Imo

Job Description

• Sales Confirmation: Confirmation of previous days’ cash sales and reconciliation with cash register, POS sales confirmation and reconciliation
• Sales Reporting: Consolidation and reporting of sales to Head office
• Sales Analysis/Reconciliation: Data entry and analysis of previous days Sales/PLU.
• Cash Mop/Skimming: Mopping of all available cash sales from the counter area
• Internal Control: Vetting, Reconciliation, Update and proper documentation of all Supply sheets/invoices, Bin card vetting.
• Pm Stock Count: Inventory stock count of key raw materials.
• Record Update: Update all necessary record-accounts books, Teller book, imprest book, change float hand-over etc.

Requirements

• Experience in Cash management
• Must have Accounting background.
• Must be computer-literate (Excel)
• Age between 29 years to 45 years

Salary

• N74,000 per month.
