Our debut service is “buy now, pay later” where we allow formal & informal sector workers, and SME owners to purchase a variety of products and equipment for their homes and businesses but instead of paying for the products in full upfront, pay a small amount over time.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Verification, Collection and Recovery Agent

Job Locations: Ibadan - Oyo, Ijebu Ode, Sagamu, Ogbomoso & Abeokuta - Ogun and Kwara
Employment Type: Contract

Responsibilities

• Reporting daily progress against targets to the Head of collections.
• Supervise, review and guide the Verification Department and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
• Daily monitoring of debt portfolio.
• Working with a collection team to contact debtors and pursue payment.
• Supervise collection agents to recover bad debts from delinquent debtors.
• Any other task that may be assigned by the Lead.

Requirements

• BSc / HND in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or any related discipline
• Minimum of 1-year of experience in collections/ Recovery in a consumer finance company, microfinance or bank
• Experience in debt collection
• Commitment to achieving performance goals
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office tools including MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Salary / Benefits

• N36,000 - N40,000 monthly.
• Earn Incentives up to 40,000 when you meet and exceed the target.
