We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Account Officer
Job Location: Oluyole, Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time, Onsite

Description 
The Account Officer will be responsible for:

• Daily reconciliation of inventory.
• Daily/weekly inventory physical counts
• Posting of records and transactions on ERP
• Sales Invoices for all channels on ERP
• Inventory reconciliation with sales out and warehouse inventory
• Accurate accounts receivable ledger.
• Weekly and Monthly reconciliation.

Qualifications

• HND / BSc in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Proficiency in preparing Financial Statements and managing Finance-related tasks
• Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting and analyzing financial data
• Excellent Customer Service skills to address client needs and queries
• Effective Communication skills for interaction with stakeholders
• Experience in using financial software and tools is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
