Job Position: Account Payable Officer

Job Location: Lagos

Job Overview

• The Accounts Payable Officer will manage vendor payments, maintain accurate Account Payable records, and support the finance team. This role requires outstanding organisational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• Must have 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Accounts Payable, preferably within the oil and gas industry.
• Must be a Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA, ICAN or equivalent).
• Strong experience in Vendor Management including relationship handling and problem resolution.
• Strong understanding of the Nigerian tax and regulatory requirements relating to Account Payable.
• Knowledge of SAP and advanced Microsoft Excel skills for reporting.
