Description

• We are seeking a highly competent and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to join our growing real estate company.
• The ideal candidate must be financially disciplined, analytical, and experienced in managing corporate accounts with integrity and precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations and financial reporting
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Manage payroll, tax filings, VAT, PAYE, and statutory remittances
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting
• Reconcile bank statements and manage company accounts
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
• Provide strategic financial advice to management
• Supervise accounting staff (if applicable).

Requirements

• Must be a Chartered Accountant (ICAN/ACCA certified)
• 3 - 5 years of accounting experience (real estate experience is an added advantage)
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and tax laws
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• High level of integrity and confidentiality
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
