About This Position

• We are seeking an experienced Accountant with 3 - 10 years of solid accounting expertise.
• The ideal candidate is independent, intelligent, and highly proficient in Excel.
• Responsibilities include financial analysis, accurate postings on accounting software, payment processing, and report generation. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work without supervision are essential.
• Experience with monthly closing and reconciliations is a plus.
• This is a full-time role for a reliable professional ready to contribute from day one.

Job Description

• Prepare and post accurate journal entries using accounting software.
• Perform account reconciliations and monthly financial closings.
• Maintain and update Excel-based reports, budgets, and trackers.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.
• Analyze financial data and prepare insightful reports for management.
• Process vendor payments, staff reimbursements, and statutory remittances.
• Support audits by providing timely and accurate documentation.
• Work independently, demonstrating strong initiative and attention to detail.
