Job Location: Abuja (FCT)

Summary

• Tuslik Realty is a growing real estate company in Abuja, committed to delivering exceptional service, innovation, and transparency in property sales, management, and client experience.
• As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant / Finance & Tax Officer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily bookkeeping and financial records (invoices, receipts, payments, reconciliations).
• Prepare and process monthly payroll, including statutory deductions (PAYE, Pension, NHF, etc).
• Handle tax filings and remittances (PAYE, VAT, WHT, etc.), and ensure compliance with regulatory bodies.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports (profit & loss, cash flow, budget vs actual).
• Manage client and vendor financial transactions; ensure proper documentation for all payments.
• Develop and implement internal financial systems, reporting templates, and control processes.
• Support management with budgeting, financial planning, and cost optimization advice.
• Maintain an organized, secure, and up-to-date financial documentation system.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–5 years of practical accounting experience (preferably in SME or real estate).
• Good knowledge of Nigerian tax systems (PAYE, VAT, pensions, NHF, NSITF, etc).
• Proficiency in Excel and/or accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or similar.
• Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently and build a structure from scratch.

Added Advantage:

• Part-qualified ICAN or other professional certification.
• Experience setting up accounting workflows for small or growing businesses.

Salary
N180,000 - N250,000 Monthly.
