Accounting / Finance Executive Recruitment at UHY Maaji

UHY Maaji - We are Partners to a Europe based Packaging Equipment manufacturing company for the Food and Beverage industry. To service our customers within Nigeria and possibly other West/Central African Countries.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Accounting / Finance Executive

Job Location: Lagos

Duties of the Position

• Prepare and maintain good accounting records for all transactions of the Estate,
• Follow up on debts collection
• Ensure quarterly collection of service charges
• Ensure reconciliation of bank balances.
• Ensure the security and general cleanliness of the premises during visits
• Preparation of monthly reports
• Monitor and handle payments of Eko electricity bills
• Monitor and handle payments for diesel supply
• Liaise with residents and facility managers
• Issuance of receipts to residents after payments
• Prepare fixed assets schedules
• Ensure adequate records for assets acquisitions, disposal, transfers and write off.
• Ensure all transactions are adequately captured.

Key Performance Indicators

• Collection of service charges
• Reconciliation of bank balances
• Prompt payment of service charges.
