We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Admin Officer (Ticketing and Hotel Reservation)

Job Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with flight bookings, reservations, and ticket issuance.
• Provide expert advice on travel routes, fares, and airline policies.
• Process ticket changes, cancellations, and refunds as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings and transactions.
• Stay updated on airline schedules, promotions, and travel regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years experience as a ticketing officer
• Proven experience in ticketing and reservations, preferably in the travel and tourism industry.
• Strong knowledge of airline fare rules and ticketing procedures.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Salary
N220,000 - N250,000 per month.
