Job Summary
- The Administrative Officer will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day administrative, operational, and organizational needs of XFP Productions.
- The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of maintaining structure in a fast-paced creative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure seamless workflow across departments.
- Manage correspondence, documentation, and internal communication efficiently.
- Maintain and organize office files, staff records, and administrative databases.
- Support HR functions such as onboarding, attendance tracking, and general staff welfare.
- Handle procurement of office supplies, logistics coordination, and vendor relationships.
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and assist in preparing reports and meeting minutes.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, event logistics, and production-related administrative needs.
- Ensure a conducive and professional work environment that reflects the company’s creative culture.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely communication and task follow-ups.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or any related field.
- 2 - 4 years of relevant administrative experience (experience in a media, production, or creative company is a strong advantage).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital communication tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with creative and technical teams.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt quickly, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 monthly.
