Job Description


  • The Admin/Procurement Officer supports the Advertising Account Manager by handling administrative tasks and managing procurement activities.
  • This role ensures efficient office operations and the timely acquisition of goods and services necessary for successful advertising campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Advertising Account Manager with daily administrative tasks.
  • Manage schedules, arrange meetings, and organize travel logistics.
  • Prepare and distribute internal and external communications, including reports, memos, and emails.
  • Evaluate vendor performance and address any issues that arise.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, and payments.
  • Oversee inventory levels to ensure necessary supplies are available.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations.
  • Source and procure goods and services required for advertising campaigns.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best terms and prices.
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials and services in accordance with campaign schedules.
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation for all procurement activities.
  • Oversee general office operations, including facility management and office supplies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in administrative and procurement roles,
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.

Salary
