Job Position: Entry-Level Accountant

Job Location: Ogba-Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking a smart and detail-oriented Entry-Level Accountant to join our team.
• This is an exciting opportunity for a young professional who wants to grow a career in finance while contributing to youth empowerment and skills development in Nigeria.

Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Prepare bank reconciliations, petty cash records, and expense reports.
• Support payroll preparation and staff stipends disbursement.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and management reports.
• Monitor payments for training programmes, grants, and partnerships.
• Work closely with management to ensure compliance with financial policies.

Requirements

• B.Sc./HND in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of accounting/finance experience.
• Basic knowledge of accounting software (e.g., FrontAccounting, QuickBooks, Sage, or Excel).
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Integrity, confidentiality, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently with less supervision.
• Gender/Age: Female/male, Young Adult.
• Residency: Reside around Ogba, Ikeja, Agege, Berger environs

Skill Sets:

• Google Workspace, Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to learn new skills
• Good command of English.
