Job Position: Auditor / Internal Control Officer

Job Location: Yaba, Amuwo - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Scope of Work

• We are a leading logistics firm seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Auditor / Internal Control Officer to join our dynamic team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that internal controls are operating effectively, conducting audits, and assisting with compliance and risk management functions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular audits and assessments of operational processes to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in identifying and mitigating risks within the organization.
• Monitor and evaluate internal control systems for effectiveness and efficiency.
• Prepare audit reports and present findings to management.
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of audit activities.

Relevant Work Experience / Qualifications

• Minimum of HND / B.Sc / B.Tech in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in auditing or internal controls, preferably within the logistics industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Must have completed the NYSC Program.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
