Bukka Hospitality Limited, (BHL or the Company), trading as Bukka Hut; a fast food restaurant with outlets located in Lekki Phase 1, (on Admiralty Way & Opposite Farm City), Circle Mall-Jakande, Chevron Drive, Ikota,  Ikoyi, Festival Mall, Festac,  Gbagada & – MMA2 Ikeja all in Lagos. We serve your favorite Nigerian meals, Bukka style, in a comfortable and hygienic environment.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Baker
Job Locations: Lagos (Ogudu, Gbagada, MMA2, Lekki, Ikoyi,)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Descriptions

• Crafting and creating new excited baked product.
• Product presentation and layout of finished products to appeal to customers.
• Good knowledge in baking and preparation of tasty pastries
  .
• Mixing, preparing and baking of all types of pastry and bread.
• Ensure all baked product are completed on time for sales.
• Sampling ingredients and finished products to ensure top-notch food safety and quality guaranteed
• Keeping records relating to deliveries, inventory, and production levels.
• Good time management skills, planning, communication, strong and energetic
• Cleaning and restocking workstations and ensuring that all equipment is sanitized and preparing for the next shift.

Qualification and Experience

• Candidate should possess OND, SSCE / GCE / NECO  qualification
• A minimum of 1-3 Years experience as a Baker.
