Job Position: Branch Manager
Job Location: Alaba, Lagos

Job Description

• Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery to clients.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch targets in terms of creation of deposits, loans, and other financial products.
• Ensure the effective management of branch resources, including cash, security, and other operational assets.

Requirements

• B.Sc/B.Tech/HND in any numerate disciplines.
• ACA/MCIB/ACIB or a higher degree may be a plus.
• Minimum of four years' experience in a similar role, preferably in an MFB/MFI or commercial bank.
• Proven track record of managing branch operations, achieving financial targets, and leading teams to success.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite.
