Job Position: Business Development Executive
Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Part-time

Job Summary

• A leading real estate firm based in Ikeja is seeking highly motivated and results-driven individuals to join its team as Business Development Executives. 
• To facilitate this recruitment, the firm has engaged Eighgold Consulting Limited to recruit 50 skilled marketers.

Who Should Apply?

• Candidates with a proven track record in real estate sales are highly preferred.
• Sales professionals from other industries with a strong passion for sales are also encouraged to apply.

Job Structure & Benefits

• Flexible Engagement: Successful candidates will be required to attend in-office training once a week.
• Weekly Allowance: N15,000 allowance will be provided weekly to cover transportation and phone expenses
• Sales Targets: Candidates will be responsible for selling plots of land across various estates in Lagos and Ogun State.
• Attractive Commissions: Earn 20%–25% commission per land sale, paid instantly upon client payment.
