Onyx Beauty Hub is a luxury hair brand that offer wholesale and retail of virgin hair and raw single donor hairs. We offer variety of hair textures, including straight, wavy and curly hairs. Our hairs are carefully sourced and selected from various donors in China, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Philippines, India, Burma, Argentina.

Job Position: Business Development Manager

Position Summary

• We are seeking a smart, attractive, and dynamic lady to join our team as a Business Development Manager.
• The ideal candidate will drive growth, build strategic partnerships, and expand the company’s market presence while upholding the brand’s luxury image.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue.
• Build and maintain relationships with high-value clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to promote the brand.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and business opportunities.
• Represent the brand at events, exhibitions, and networking activities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
• Prepare and present performance reports to management.

Requirements

• Female, presentable, and well-groomed (essential for representing a luxury brand).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (preferably in luxury or beauty industry).
• Must reside in or near Ikate, Lekki, Lagos for proximity to work.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong networking abilities and customer relationship management skills.
• Results-oriented and self-motivated with a strategic mindset.

Salary
N300,000 - N400,000 Monthly.
