We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Business Development Manager

Job Location: Ketu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage marketing campaigns from concept to execution to measurement.
• Develop marketing program, business plans, create timelines, set budgets, develop strategies and tactics and execute.
• Develop tools and best parctices to manage the execution of marketing programs
• Conducting market research.
• Identification of the potential market.
• Development of the pricing strategies.
• Classify product range (product mix) and identify cash
• Ensure that we have the right team for marketing and that marketing meetings are productive, results are evaluated, considered and new target/ duties are implemented.
• To achieve a target of #50 million(Twenty million naira) individually.
• To achieve a target of #100,000,000 (One Hundred Million Naira) quarterly with your team.
• Inability to meet the target, each party may way.
• Build brand awareness and positioning.
• Direct, plan, and coordinate marketing efforts.
• Develop the right team for marketing to cover nationwide East, West, North, and South.
• Reviewing workloads and manpower to ensure targets are met by the marketing team.
• Carry out any duty not expressly stated but deemed necessary to the overall benefit of the Company.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 5 - 9 years of work experience.
