We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Business Development Manager

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Source and secure new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
• Develop and present tailored proposals to corporate clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized service offerings
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities
• Track performance metrics and provide regular reports
• Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and conferences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (preferably in events, training, or corporate services)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
• Experience in B2B environments is a strong advantage.
