Job Description:

The business development officer is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and developing effective strategies.

The ideal candidate will be result-oriented, a professional with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Job Responsibilities:

1. identify and research potential clients, markets, and industries
2. develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
3. create and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets
4. collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations to ensure client satisfaction
5. stay up to date with industry trends and market conditions
6. prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients
7. negotiate contracts and close deals
8. attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
9. track and report on business development activities and results
