Our client an Automobile company in the Ajah area of Lagos state whose services are focused on sales, dealership auto repairs and servicing, is recruiting to fill the following positions:

Business Manager

Responsibilities –

• Is responsible for the operations and profitability of all departments

• The Business Managers responsibilities include supervision of Sales Managers, F&I Managers, Service Managers, and all other personnel.
• Will be accountable for daily performance metrics in overall store performance
• Sets sales quotas and goals and assists in financing arrangements
• Actively supports, encourages, and motivates managers daily to achieve maximum results, maintain high morale, and provide an enjoyable workplace
• Exhibits a professional management style that sets the example for enthusiasm, productivity, and accountability
• Supports all operational units within the store to achieve maximum return on opportunity for the dealership

Qualifications -

• At least 3 years of stable employment history at the Business Manager level with a verifiable track record of profitability, market share performance and above average CSI
• The highest professionalism and integrity are essential for consideration
• Must be well organized and demonstrate excellent Customer Service and PR skills
• Must have strong leadership, communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Must have knowledge of basic accounting and computer skills
