Job Description

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree / HND in Business Administration / Management or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Business Manager in a health sector or similar role
• Strong ethical standards and integrity in business practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of sales strategies and marketing techniques to drive business growth.
• Capability to make informed decisions and take responsibility for outcomes.
• Ability to think creatively and innovatively to solve business challenges.
• Ability to lead and manage a team, including training and performance management
• Integrity and strong ethical standards.
• Ability to adapt to change business environment.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
