Job Description
Monitor and Evaluate Production Budget Achievement and Productivity:

• Analyze production budgets and performance against targets
• Identify areas of improvement to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with production teams to optimize resource allocation.

Business Process Optimization:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes across all departments.
• Identify opportunities for streamlining and improving processes to enhance efficiency.
• Implement best practices and lean principles to drive continuous improvement.

Machine Capacity Utilization:

• Quantify machine capacity utilization and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop strategies to maximize machine usage and reduce downtime.
• Work with production teams to ensure smooth operation and maintenance of machines.

Cost and Profit Optimization:

• Analyze operational costs and identify areas of wastage.
• Recommend cost-saving measures without compromising product quality.
• Work with finance and production teams to optimize profitability.

Data Analytics and Reporting:

• Utilize data analytics tools to extract valuable insights from operational data.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations on efficiency metrics and improvement initiatives.
• Present findings and recommendations to the Business Efficiency Manager and senior management.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration:

• Collaborate with HR and Production teams to implement efficiency-related initiatives.
• Foster effective communication and coordination to drive positive change.

Job Requirement

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification.
