Job Description:
We are looking for Call Center Agents to join our Support team. This is a great career opportunity for you to join our growing team of professionals with a competitive salary.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service experience, data entry skills, excellent verbal communication, problem solving skills, documentation skills, listening skills, phone skills, and be able to resolve conflicts and provide solutions.
Responsibilities:

• Respond to customers with knowledge and empathy
• Assist the customer in identifying his/her needs
• Product knowledge, including features and benefits
• Process orders, prepare correspondence and fulfill customer needs
• Solve customer issues in a courteous, friendly and professional manner
• Accurately document customer account, etc.

Salary: ?60,000
