Job Position: Cashier
Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

• You are to ensure all transactions run smoothly and help us maximize customer satisfaction.
• This person will be responsible for providing passionate, charming and attentive service delivery tall customers according tour service standards in order to ensure guest satisfaction, responsible for the receipt of all payments of purchases, sales and lodgment as may be designated by the management.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensures customers have attended to in a courteous and friendly manner and swift resolution is given to their issues/complaints
• Ensures sales entries are correctly entered and receipts are issued to customers
• Maintain an excellent level of hygiene at all the time
• He/she keeps accurate cash recording, must also ensure proper and accurate recording of customer's order and handle cash to process the transaction.
• The cashier monitors all payments and financial transactions of the food service staff and the eatery.
• The Cashier must be able to listen when customers have problems or concerns with their orders and respond to their questions appropriately.
• Must be knowledgeable about the company products
• Must possess suggestive selling skills

Job Requirements

• Experience in the hospitality industry could be an added advantage but not compulsory
• Must be able to work in a team environment
• Should have excellent interpersonal skills.
• Listening skills.
• Cash handling skills.
