Job Position: Cashier
Job Location: Osapa, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

• Mattoris Supermarkets is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-friendly Cashier to join our Ikoyi branch.
• The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in a supermarket and be able to deliver efficient, courteous, and accurate cashiering services.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases quickly and accurately.
• Handle cash, POS, and other payment transactions securely.
• Provide excellent customer service at the checkout point.
• Balance cash register at the end of each shift.
• Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the cashier station.
• Assist with packaging and bagging items for customers.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
• Minimum of 1 year of cashier experience in a supermarket/retail environment (mandatory).
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be reliable, honest, and customer-service oriented.
• Ability to work on a one-day-in, one-day-out schedule.
• Preferably female candidates.

Salary
N70,000 - N80,000 / Month.
