Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Operating Officer to lead our operations team and drive business growth. 
• The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, developing and implementing operational strategies, and ensuring excellence in customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Strategy:

• Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experience.
• Collaborate with the CEO and other senior leaders to align operations with company goals.

Operational Management:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, including travel bookings, customer service, and supplier relationships.
• Ensure operational processes are efficient, effective, and compliant with industry regulations.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and manage a team of operational leaders, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
• Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and customer-centricity.

Customer Experience:

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience, improve satisfaction, and build loyalty.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer interactions.

Risk Management:

• Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Develop and implement risk management strategies to protect the company's assets and reputation.

Performance Metrics:

• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance.
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in operational leadership, preferably in the travel industry.
• Proven track record of operational excellence, strategic planning, and team leadership.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
