We are a Group of Companies with several diversified products within the Hospitality, Real Estate, Commodities and Solid Minerals industry.

We require professionals in our Lagos and Ibadan offices, to fill the position below:

Job Title: Chief Risk Officer

Locations: Lagos & Ibadan-Oyo

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for the risk management operations, including managing, identifying, evaluating, reporting and overseeing the Group risks externally and internally.
• Interfaces with senior management such as
• Chief Executive officer and Chief Financial Officer.
• Responsible for preparing strategies to address the risk and getting buy-in for risk management activities as required.
• Responsible for assessing and mitigating significant competitive, regulatory; and technological threats to a finn’s capital and earnings.

Requirements

• Experience of a minimum of 20 years’ experience in the financial or business environment with relevant professional qualifications. ACA, ICAN is a must
