We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Hotel Receptionist

Job Locations: Fadunye-Arapagi, & Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide effecient check-in and check-out services.
• Handle telephone calls, emails, in-person inquiries professionally.
• Maintain accurate guest registration and billing information in the hotel system.
• Process room reservations.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure room availability and readiness.
• Provide guests with information about hotel facilities, services and attractions.
• Maintain organize filing system and guest records.
• Upsell room upgrades and other services to guests.
• Monitor lobby area and ensure clean and welcoming environment.

Requirement

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as hotel receptionist in a luxury hotel.
• Applicants must reside within Awoyaya, Bogije, Eleko Junction and environs.
