Job Title: Chief Technical Officer

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Description

• Perform comprehensive energy audits, due diligence, and site assessments.
• Execute power quality assessments and consumption sub-metering.
• Lead all technical operations within the organization.
• Analyze LV transformer parameters (power factor, reactive power, harmonic distortion, etc.).
• Verify site meters and ensure energy efficiency in renewable energy projects.
• Design and assess solar grid systems, including risk mitigation strategies.
• Provide technical and financial engineering support for energy audit projects.
• Supervise technical staff, manage project deliverables, and drive innovation.
• Facilitate team training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Prepare detailed reports with recommendations.
• Education Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.

Requirements (Skills)

• Advanced computer literacy.
• Proficiency with EDGE (green building design), HOMER (solar design), and Autodesk Inventor (3D design).
• Experience with Canva for graphic design.
• Experience 3–6 years in an energy audit or related field.

Salary
N304,033 Monthly.
