Job Summary

• As the Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for supervising and executing construction projects, ensuring quality standards, compliance, and timely delivery.
• You will manage site activities, coordinate with contractors, and oversee project resources to support successful real estate developments.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and supervise construction projects to ensure quality and safety standards
• Oversee site operations, contractors, and project timelines
• Prepare project reports, cost estimates, and technical documentation
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and environmental standards

Requirements

• B.Sc Degree / HND in Civil Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in construction and project supervision
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills

Salary
N400,000 - N600,000 Monthly (Net)
