Job Position: Client Accounts Executive

Responsibilities

• This is a customer - relationship role that ensure client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2.1 in Administration or related course
• Minimum of 2 years in customer relationship management.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in SQL and Linux.
• Negotiation
• Tact.
• Feedback culture.
• Reporting skills.
