Job Position: Content Creator / Social Media Manager

Job Location: Ajah - Eti-osa, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We seek a passionate Content Creator/Social Media Manager to handle advertising, client acquisition, property inspections, and maintenance for our short lets leasing business.
• The ideal candidate should have a minimum year of experience in content creation, social media management, and marketing.

Key Responsibilities
Advertising and Marketing:

• Create engaging content (images, videos, captions) for online and offline advertising.
• Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract clients.

Content Creation and Social Media Management:

• Develop a content calendar and create engaging content for social media platforms.
• Manage social media analytics and adjust content strategy accordingly.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND / HND qualification with 1 - 3 years of proven experience in content creation, social media management, and marketing.
• Excellent content creation and writing skills.
• Proficient in social media management and analytics tools.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary
N80,000 Monthly with an additional commission. Salary review after 6 months based on performance.
