We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Corporate Law & Business Lawyer
Job Location: Lagos

Job Requirements

• Must be able to prepare and file organizations legal reports.
• Must be proficient in drafting legal documents.
• Must have a strong ability in reviewing business relationships with vendors and contractors.
• Ability to guide management on regulatory and compliance matters.
• Must periodically review organizations policies and legal framework.
• Ability formulate or Update employee handbooks and contracts when necessary.
• Must have a strong ability to analyze legal issues relating to the Organization's projects and goals.
• Represent the Organization before administrative boards and external bodies.
• Must posses knowledge in Substantive Law and Legal Procedures.
• Ability to give incisive Business and Corporate Advise.
• Must be committed, driven and legally sound.

Experience:

• The Applicant should have a least 3 years experience in Corporate Law.

Education:

• Must have completed Law School.
• Solid knowledge and experience in Corporate Law with proven track record.
