Responsibilities

  • Operating company own service center and manage service team at generator maintenance unit
  • Extend more authorized service workshops to cover major market and manage them to support our brand strategy
  • Improve customer satisfaction
  • Organize brand service campaign
  • Assist General Manager to reach work target

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5-10 years work experience at customer care or after sales service.
  • Knowledge of office management practices.
