Descriptions
- Solve simple customer concerns
- Keeping records of customer interaction
- Handling customer complaints
Requirements
- Good customer relationship management
- Must be able to answer customer questions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Salary
N100,000 - N180,000 per month.
